I walk in the park with Mara every afternoon.

From Monday to Friday I wake up at 4:40am and I get up at 5 o'clock.

Valentina usually takes a shower at a quarter after 8.

Cecilia goes to the office from 8 to 5. She hardly ever eats breakfast at home.

It's 8 o'clock.

It's ten past ten.

It's a quarter after 5.

It's midnight.

It's five oh nine.

We have dinner at a quarter to 6.

We have lunch at noon.

Simple Present

*Things we do REGULARLY.

*When you want to talk about actions and permanent states.

*Every day activities!

Affirmative form

Subject + Verb + Complement

 

*Third person singular (She, he and it): we have to add a final -s or -es at the end of the verb.

An adverb of frequency describes how often an action happens.
